How do I place an order?
To place an order, choose the stone you would like to purchase. Choose your quantity. Select a size ranging from 9,8,7,6, 5 (rings only). Select the type of metal. Sterling silver, gold or rose gold options are available. Choose "Add to Cart".

How can I pay for my order?
Choose the item you wish to purchase by clicking on the image, name of the stone or property of the stone. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or debit card. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock we will notify you immediately.

How will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped via ground service. Shipping time varies based on your shipping option and depending on which part of the country you are in.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at time of order and is based on shipping option.

How long will it take to get my order?
I would love to be able to guarantee a next day delivery, but all of the rings are custom made. The stones are hand and custom cut and I set all of them myself. For this reason, there is a window of two to three weeks for delivery.

Mother nature took billions of years; I promise it won't be that long.

What if I need my order sooner?
Before you place the order, email us and let us know what item you would like, and when you need to receive it. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I see the status of the order that I placed?
We can provide status emails upon request letting you know when your item ships and provide you with a Fed Ex tracking number.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?
You can return your unworn item in original condition and packaging in exchange for another item in the same metal. Items that show signs of wear cannot be exchanged.

How do I return my order?

Include a copy of the receipt (or the original) or a note indicating either your name or your order number. Please include a request for the new item you wish to receive in exchange for the return. We will process your new item for exchange within two weeks. Also, please let us know the reason for your return.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Each item is packaged in a fashionable blue ring case and the information card is included with the purchase.



Is your jewelry gold plated or solid gold?
We offer Sterling silver, 14k gold, and 14k rose gold.

Why is my shopping basket empty after I add items to it?
In order to store your order in the shopping basket and throughout the checkout process our site utilizes cookies.
