It’s a new collection by jewelry designer Jessica Ricci and her JL Ricci Designs. Marrying her affinity for things mystical with her love of beautiful baubles, Ricci has designed a pared-down, elegant collection of rings that put the gemstones front-and-center. The settings are simple hammered sterling silver or 14k rose or yellow gold that allow the natural beauty of the stones to shine through. They’re cut in three shapes (octagon, round, and oval), and like the wearer, no two stones are alike. Each Raw ring shimmers with its own distinctive character and power.

Those seeking true love or the healing of a broken heart, for example, will tenderly slip on the light pink, translucent Rose Quartz crystal. Got something you’d like to tell him but you’re having trouble? You’ll want to wear the aquamarine ring, the stone said to help with communication. Or ponder that Botox injection in your Rutilated Quartz—its anti-aging properties might keep you from making the appointment after all. The idea is to stack them like a bouquet of cocktail rings.

Each ring comes with an informational card to offer the customer an explanation of the myth, magic and mysteries attributed to their healing stone. And even if all this crystal stuff is more myth than reality, the stones themselves are so beautiful, any other benefits are just secondary.
